As Nyuntam Aay Yojana (NYAY) is Congress party's prime campaigning strategy for elections, the question rises of whether Rahul Gandhi violated Model Code of Conduct (MCC).
Rahul tweeted that Congress assured direct transfer of ₹72,000 annually to the poorest 20 percent of Indian households under its Minimum Income Guarantee Scheme or Nyuntam Aay Yojana (NYAY).
