Delhi
Common people in Delhi mostly affected by COVID-19: Survey
New Delhi: Although the number of corona infected cases has been decreased in the last few days in Delhi, it is spreading anxiety and fear in the common people. And also the virus is spreading through the common people.
In the capital, more than 20,000 houses were surveyed in the past days.
According to the survey report, 15 per cent of people can be infected with coronavirus in the near future. The survey was conducted between 26 June and July 6 in all districts of Delhi.
A total of 22823 samples were collected for antibody testing between 26 June and July 6. In the serosurvey, it was found that 10 to 15 per cent of people had suffered from the disease and recovered.
In some places, this figure came even more than 15 per cent and none of them showed any serious symptoms. Earlier, the Indian Council of Medical Research has also conducted a survey in Delhi's Containment Zone but the results were not made public.

Bihar BJP HQ in Patna becomes coronavirus hotspot
Patna: In a highly shocking development, the Bharatiya Janata Party headquarters at Birchandra Patel Road in Bihar's Patna has recently emerged as the latest Coronavirus hotspot after at least 24 BJP leaders and staff members were found to be infected with the COVID-19 virus.
Samples of more than 100 leaders and staff working at BJP HQ in Patna were collected yesterday.
Following this, the Nitish Kumar led government has decided to impose complete lockdown in the state as coronavirus cases rose sharply in the state in the last few days.
All schools, colleges, shops, malls, religious places in Bihar will remain shut from July 16 to July 31, except essential services, informed Bihar Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi.

COVID cases increased in Himachal in the last 48 hrs
Shimla: In the last few days, corona cases have increased in Himachal Pradesh. In the last 48 hours, a total of 111 COVID 19 positive cases reported in the state. Now the number of active cases and the death toll stands at 345 and 9 respectively.

Markets to remain completely closed on Monday and Tuesday in Alwar
Alwar: In view of the increasing transition of Kovid-19 in the city, a meeting of district administration and business organizations was held on Tuesday in Kotwali city.
In this meeting, it was decided that from Wednesday, all the markets and shops of the city will open daily from 10 am to 6 pm and the markets will be completely closed on Monday and Tuesday, 2 days a week. It was also decided that essential services will continue.

Bhubaneswar: Scaling new heights in the war against coronavirus, Odisha fought back with a record recovery of 609 COVID-19 patients in a day.
With the record recovery of 609 COVID-19 patients in a day, the total recovered cases of Odisha now stand at 9864. It may be mentioned here that Odisha's Covid-19 death toll mounted to 74 with four more patients succumbing to the disease, while the state's coronavirus count crossed 14000 mark with 543 fresh cases.
The fresh cases pushed the state's Covid-19 tally to 14280 of which 4929 are active, while 9255 patients have recovered from the disease.
Neighbouring states will not be able to refer patients without permission of Chandigarh PGI
Chandigarh: In the wake of the increasing number of COVID patients in the city, Chandigarh's Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research has refused to refer any patients without permission of it.
