Earlier on May 4, the court had objected over the leakage of charge sheet issued against Christian in media, who was arrested in connection with the Augusta Westland scandal case.

The court had also warned the ED not to repeat such mistakes in the future.
ED filed a supplementary charge sheet against Michel and his company's partner David Nigel John Syms on 4th April. ED also held Michel's company Global Services FEZ and Global Traders accused in the matter. The court has taken cognizance on this charge sheet and has summoned David Symes.
