New Delhi: At least nine Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) students have moved the Supreme Court and filed a petition seeking directions to extend the deadline for college admissions from 31 August to a later date this year.
The students said until CBSE declares the results of the Compartment Examinations the admission date should be extended.
The petition filed through All India Students Association (AISA) contends that students who have to give a retest will be left behind in the 2020-2021 admission cycle if the admission date isn't extended.
