WATCH: Patient carried to hospital on makeshift stretcher in Uttarakhand

A patient was carried on a makeshift stretcher, made of wooden logs by villagers, in Munsiyari area of Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand to reach the hospital, as the roads connecting the village to the hospital was blocked due to landslides and rain.
