Watch: Horse race held in Kerala violating COVID-19 norms

Violating COVID-19 guidelines, a horse race was conducted on Saturday at Thathamangalam in Kerala's Palakkad district. The event was organised in connection with a ritual 'Thathamangalam Angadi Vela' at Sri Vettakurup Swami Temple. Hundreds of spectators gathered on both sides of the road to witness the event.
