WATCH: Herd of elephants eat sugar cane from a lorry

In an unusual scene, a herd of elephants stopped a lorry and ate the sugar cane laden on it. In the video that went viral, some elephants and a calf can be seen stopping the lorry. The lorry driver also did not stop the elephants instead let them eat it. Traffic was disrupted for more than half an hour as elephant herds appeared on the national highway. These kind of scenes are reportedly very common on the Bangalore-Dindigul National Highway.
