The Ramganga river bridge was damaged due to incessant rain in last few days in the hill town of Munsiyari in Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand, about 450 km from Dehradun. Meanwhile, there are many people who are dedicated to their work no matter what comes. Ishwar Kosari, a contract lineman in the electrical department, was seen smoothing the power supply by climbing a pole between the rising streams of the Ramganga river. A video of Ishwar Koshiyari went viral on social media, in which he is crossing the Ramganga river and ensuring power supply amidst the flood-like situation in a local village. Notably, the main roads connecting district headquarters to Bangapani, Munsiyari and Dharchula areas were also damaged due to the incessant rain.
