Unique medieval scroll in Hebrew on public display

One of the ancestors of travel guidebooks is currently on display in Jerusalem. The travelogue, a scroll on loan from Italy, features the landmarks and holy sites seen or visited during the pilgrimage of an Egyptian-Jew during the 14th century.
