Two caught on camera spitting on rotis in Shamli

A video of two people spitting on Tandoori Rotis while cooking them in Ansari hotel in Uttar Pradesh's Shamli has gone viral on social media. Police have arrested two people under Section 269 (negligent act likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life), section 270 (malignant act likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life) of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of Epidemic Act. The video recorded by the locals shows both the accused not wearing a mask and can be seen spitting on rotis.
