To strengthen vaccine drive, Wardha district comes with unique initiative

To strengthen the vaccination drive in Wardha district amid increasing Covid cases, district authorities have come up with a novel initiative. The Minister of Animal Husbandry of the State Sunil Kedar has announced a cash prize of Rs 5 lakh each for the first three villages in eight tehsils of Wardha district who will have the highest number of vaccinated people. The amount will be given for the welfare of the villages from the DPC fund, Wardha. The initiative has been taken as the number of cases are increasing and the state has gone into mini lockdown again..
