Saran (Bihar) Sand artist Ashok Kumar from Chapra congratulated Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on the occasion of his oath ceremony with his sand art near the banks of Sarayu River. Kumar has urged the Bihar government to take steps to promote artwork in the state so that artists can get employment to earn their livelihood. Kumar has carved the artwork of dozens of actors including Bollywood stars Big B, Sonu Sood and Chiranjeevi in the sand.
