WATCH: BJP MP dozes off in Parliament as minister speaks

As Railway Minister Piyush Goyal was speaking in the Lower House of Parliament on Tuesday, Janardan Singh Sigriwal, a BJP MP from Bihar, sitting behind him was seen dozing off. There have been many occasions when MPs have been found sleeping at Parliament sessions.
