Libyans angry with the West as civil war looms

Displaced residents in the Libyan capital Tripoli have expressed their frustration with the West as a deadly military campaign continues in the country. Libyan army commander Khalifa Haftar's campaign to take over control from the United Nations-backed government has resulted in the deaths of at least 213 people since early April.
