ISIS leader praises Lanka blasts, says it is revenge for Syria

The leader of the Islamic State group Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi released a video and praised the Easter suicide bombings that killed more than 250 people in Sri Lanka. This is his first appearance in the video nearly after 5 years.
