Fuel price hike: Kolhapur locals protest by hanging motorcycles

Kolhapur: Amid surging fuel prices in the country, locals of Maharashtra's Kolhapur on Monday carried out protests in a unique way. The protesters hanged their motor-cycles and staged the protest by holding banners asking "Yahi hai acche din? (Are these good days?). Taking potshots at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's well-known promise of "Achhe din aane waale hain," the protesters wondered if the definition for the same has changed.
