'Farmers will not give up agitation as they are answerable to future generations'

The farmers’ protest is very much on which and crossed the 100-day mark a couple of weeks back. The farmers are still adamant on their demand for repeal of farm laws. On Sunday, Naresh Tikait, President, Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) reached the Ghazipur border in Delhi and addressed the protesting farmers there. Speaking to ETV Bharat, Tikait said that the farmers will not return to their villages without a proper solution. When asked about the attack on his brother Rakesh Tikait's convoy, he said ABVP students are not the actual accused and that farmers will not give up agitation as they know they are answerable to their future generations.
