Delhi's Dilshad Garden construct compost pits to manage horticulture waste!

A video of compost pits built in Delhi's Dilshad Garden has surfaced on the internet, an attempt taken by the municipal corporation officials to manage horticulture waste. In the video, it can be seen that the compost pits are filled with dried leaves as an eco-friendly measure. Piled up dried leaves are filled with layers of chemical and dung which in turn results good manure.
