Delhi chain snatching incident caught on CCTV, two arrested

Police have arrested the two snatchers in connection with the chain-snatching incident in Delhi's Rohini on Monday. The bike-borne assailants snatched the chain and managed to run away. The incident was captured on CCTV footage. The woman tried catching the men but failed.
