Bihar Flood: Man stuck on roof for five days; rescued by locals

A video of a man stranded on the roof of his hut amid the flood for at least five days has gone viral on the internet. The video was shot at a village in Katgharwa of Gopalganj in Bihar. The man in the video can be seen waving his hands after he saw a rescue boat. Continuous water discharge from Nepal has led to the worsening of the flood situation in the villages of Bihar's Gopalganj.
