'Allegations levelled against Tablighi Jamaat were baseless'

In a special interaction with ETV Bharat correspondent, Tablighi Jamaat lawyer Advocate Fazal Ahmed Ayoubi said that all the allegations levelled against the Tablighi Jamaat were baseless. Ayoubi said that he was strongly instructed that under no circumstances, anyone would be blamed by the Tablighi Jamaat. He said that the Delhi Waqf Board has appealed for Shab-e-Barat (a festival of Islam culture) for the conditional permission given to open the Nizamuddin Centre. Although they hope that the centre will be fully open soon and all activities will start their pilgrimage journey in the same way.
