WATCH: Armed men in Punjab attack youth in public, bystanders watch silently

Ludhiana (Punjab): In a shocking incident, a youth was brutally beaten up by armed attackers here. Unfortunately, the youth was not given any help by the bystanders and he lay down hurt, for over an hour. Inspector Indrajit Singh of Sahnewal assembly constituency said that investigation into the matter is underway.
