Residents receive electricity bills despite no power supply in Chhattisgarh village

Balrampur (Chhattisgarh): Residents of Jhalpi Para village of Hargawa panchayat in Chhattisgarh's Balrampur are receiving electricity bills despite no power supply. The meters have been installed in the village but it doesn't have any wire or connectivity.
