Odisha: Unique yellow turtle rescued in Balasore's Khaira

Another unique and rare yellow turtle has been rescued by locals in Khaira region of Odisha's Balasore district on Tuesday. The locals later called the Forest Department officials to the spot and handed over the marine animal to them. Odisha is also famous for Olive Ridley turtle and the state is home to over 90 per cent of India's turtle population.
