MP: Municipal corporation employees beaten up by fruit seller

In view of the surge in Covid-19 cases in the country, the state governments have imposed a lockdown in the worst affected areas. A video is going viral on social media in which a man identified as a fruit seller is seen beating up the Chief Municipal Officer, who was patrolling the Silvani area of Raisen of Madhya Pradesh. According to Chief Municipal Officer Rajendra Kumar, a lot of people gathered at the fruit stall violating Covid norms and the fruit seller was also not wearing a mask. Three employees including the CMO have suffered injuries in the incident.
