Passersby overpower mobile phone snatchers in Delhi

In Delhi's New Usmanpur area two scooter-borne men who snatched a cylinder delivery man's mobile phone were apprehended by local youths. As the duo was escaping after taking the phone, a boy standing on the street pushed them down before they were overpowered and handed to the police.
