Lucknow (UP): Syed Waseem Rizvi, the former chairman of the Shia Central Board of Waqf in Uttar Pradesh who had recently filed a PIL seeking to remove 26 verses from the Quran has said he approached the Supreme Court under the freedom of expression right.
