Herd of 38 elephants spotted in AP

Chittoor: A herd of 38 elephants created panic among people in the Palamaneru mandal of Chittoor district. Villagers fear the destruction of the crops by elephants. Forest department officials were informed by locals. Officials have initiated efforts to move the herd into forest area.
