Feed the poor: Arvind Kejriwal calls for people's support

In a fight against Coronavirus, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday urged the people to feed the poor. In a video message, Kejriwal said, "Defeat COVID-19 by showing empathy to the poor. The government now can feed 4 lakh people in the capital. Also, we have around 800 centres are providing food to the poor and flying squads are also working to ensure the needy do not go hungry." The Centre will give three months pension in advance to nearly three-crore widows, senior citizens and differently-abled in the first week of April. I appeal to everyone that, "Wherever you see someone hungry, provide them food. The poor people need our help in this difficult time. Come together in this initiative so that we can control the spread of COVID-19.
