Ex-IAS officer Shah Faesal floats own political party

Former IAS officer Shah Faesal launched a new political party Jammu and Kashmir People's Movement (JKPM), whose slogan is "Hawa Badlegi" (winds of time will change). JNU leader Shehla Rashid and some other prominent persons have joined the party. Faesal has been highly critical on the NDA government.
