ETV special report: 12 years of 2008 Delhi serial blasts

Today marks the 12-year anniversary of the 2008 Delhi serial blasts. Four consecutive blasts rocked the capital on 13 September 2008, killing at least 21 and injuring more than 100 in Karol Bagh, Connaught Place and Greater Kailash - all market places. Responsibility of the blast was taken by the terrorist group Indian Mujahideen (IM).
