COVID-19: Jharkhand CM speaks to ETV Bharat, requests PM to ease financial burden on states

In an exclusive interview with ETV Bharat, Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren speaks about the people-centric approach of his state in fighting COVID-19. He also speaks about welcoming of migrant workers who have arrived from states like Telangana and West Bengal.
