BJP demands CBI probe into Param Bir's allegation against Deshmukh

Bharatiya Janata Party MP PP Chaudhary, in an exclusive interview with ETV Bharat on Monday, said that the allegations made by the former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh against the Home Minister Anil Deshmukh are serious and Chief Minister Uddhav Thackrey should take action to conduct a fair probe in the case. Further, the BJP MP said that the police officer has a clean image of handling the law and order in the city and has no possibility of making any bogus charges against the incumbent Home Minister. The leader also demanded a CBI enquiry to unearth the engagement of any other senior leaders in the money extortion case.
