Idris Elba discusses Concrete Cowboy ahead of TIFF premiere

Idris Elba believes there's an unfair portrayal of Black dads in the movies, so when he saw the script for Concrete Cowboy he knew he could change the perception. Elba plays a modern-day urban cowboy, who takes in his troubled 15-year old son, played by Caleb McLaughlin, in his first feature film role. Ahead of film's TIFF premiere, the actors talk about how they found common ground in forming a bond onscreen.
