Watch: Major fire breaks out at Texas petrochemicals terminal

A major fire broke out at a terminal of Intercontinental Terminals Company in Deer Park, about 15 miles southeast of Houston in the state of Texas. The company's website says the terminal has a storage capacity of 13.1 million barrels of petrochemicals.
