Watch: Heavy rainfall floods parts of Hubei province

An extensive rescue operation amid severe flooding in the city of Enshi, China started on Friday. Emergency services used inflatable rafts to rescue more than 1,900 people trapped in their homes and other buildings. Floodwaters have started receding since early Saturday and the repair of damaged power lines and other infrastructure is underway.
