Dancer Tiler Peck described her recent return to an actual stage and in-person live performance as "quite emotional" after trying to keep her body in shape at home during the long pandemic. Peck is thrilled to be performing as part of the Alonzo King Lines Ballet at Los Angeles' Music Center Wednesday (14 JULY), where she will be in the company of 12 other dancers for five live shows. The principal dancer with the New York City Ballet spent some of her time in quarantine hunkering down with family in her childhood home in Bakersfield, California. There were many things she missed about performing, but the time away made her appreciate what dance provides her and the audience.
