British parliament votes against no-deal Brexit

United Kingdom opposition leaders slammed Prime Minister Theresa May's approach to Brexit, after lawmakers voted 312 to 308 to reject leaving the European Union without a deal on 29 March. British lawmakers now plan to vote on Thursday on whether to ask the European Union to delay the country's March 29 departure day.
