Watch: My battle is still on, says Jiah Khan's mother on CBI Court's verdict

A Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Court in Mumbai on Friday acquitted actor Sooraj Pancholi of abutment charges in Jiah Khan's suicide case after almost 10 years. Following this, the late actor's mother Rabia Khan said that she will challenge the verdict. Talking media after the verdict, Rabia said that her battle for justice is still on. Jiah's mother alleged that her daughter was murdered. In October 2013, Rabia moved to the Bombay High Court seeking a CBI probe in the case while alleging that her daughter had been murdered. Based on a letter seized on June 10, 2013, which was purportedly written by the 25-year-old Jiah, Mumbai Police booked Suraj Pancholi under section 306 (abetment to suicide) and arrested him.
