WATCH: Refusing to pay toll, driver drags official on bonnet

A toll tax employee was dragged on a car's bonnet in Gurugram's Kherki Daula plaza for trying to stop two youths who were attempting to flee without paying the toll. The car kept speeding ahead with the employee holding on to the bonnet for around 100 metres.
