New Delhi: How many of you know there was a time the Union Railway Minister used to present a separate Budget for Railways? Starting from 1924 till 2016, the Union Government continued with the tradition of presenting two Budgets – General Budget for the overall economy and Railway Budget detailing allocations for the development of Railways.
