Auto sector hit hard by economic slowdown: Analyst

Mumbai: Country's auto industry is the worst hit by the economic slowdown. The data released by SIAM on Monday said that automobile sales are at 22 years low. Mitul Shah, Auto Analyst said that overall economic slowdown is the major reason behind the current situation and steps taken by the government will not be able to have an immediate effect on the sector.
