Watch: Shaheen Bagh protesters offer Namaz at the protest site

Despite nationwide criticism over the blockade of the road for the last 69 days in the wake of the newly amended Citizenship Act, the Muslim community have offered 'Friday- Namaz', (Often called 'Jumme-Namaz') at the protest site of Shaheen Bagh on Friday. The interlocutors appointed by the Supreme Court had yesterday indicated the possibility of the opening of some routes despite the stalemate in talks with the protestors who have refused to abandon their protest venue until the Citizenship Amendment Act they are opposing is repealed.
