Kolkata:In view of the prevailing COVID-19 situation, the West Bengal government has decided to further extend the restrictions that were in place till September 15.
A communique from the Chief Secretary on Wednesday read that all outdoor activities, including the movement of people and vehicles, shall be strictly prohibited between 11 pm - 5 am except for health services, law and order, essential commodities, including agricultural produce and other emergency services. The decision was taken during a meeting of the State Executive Committee of West Bengal State Disaster Management Authority.
