Hyderabad: The month-long eight-phase Assembly elections in West Bengal, which began on March 27, comes to an end on Thursday evening with the completion of the eighth and final round of polling. Exit poll results have been announced, as news networks try to predict who will win the high-take battle in West Bengal.
The elections to the 292 seats of the West Bengal Assembly were held in a total of eight phases.
The terms of the legislative assemblies in West Bengal are coming to an end in May and June.
Votes for the polls in West Bengal will be counted on May 2.
