Kolkata:Border Security Force (BSF) had arrested a Chinese citizen, Han Junwe from the India-Bangladesh border in West Bengal. Han Junwe is a cyber spy who is accused of smuggling out 1,300 Indian SIM cards to China. However, according to BSF, Han Junwe is not the only one. Like him, many other Chinese cyber spies have become active in the Indo-Bangladesh bordering village areas, suspects the Special Intelligence Unit (SIU) of the Border Security Force (BSF).
According to information available with SIU of BSF, multiple Chinese cyber spies have become active in the Indo- Bangladesh border areas. Accordingly, the BSF sleuths are also taking necessary action to check this menace. They have decided to raise new barbed fences over a vast area in these borders. At the same time, high-capacity and high-quality CCTV machines will also be installed in these pockets.
According to information available with SIU, the main goal of Han Junwe was to hack important information of border guard agencies like BSF, Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sasastra Seema Bal (SSB) and transfer the same to the Chinese authorities.
