4.1 magnitude earthquake jolts West Bengal

West Bengal:Mild tremors of 4.1 magnitude hit the Bankura district here on Wednesday, said an IMD official.

The quake with its epicenter at a depth of 15 km from the earth's surface in Bankura, was felt at 11.24 am. It lasted for two seconds.
