Patanjali increases rate of products amid lockdown

Haridwar: The consumers alleged that Patanjali has increased rate of products amid nationwide lockdown.

Swami Ramdev led Patanjali company has increased rate of flour by 10 per cent.

While, other companies are selling their products on their previous rates.

Meanwhile, the sellers and customers both are upset with the sudden rise in the price of products.

The shopkepeer said: "The Patanjali is selling 10 kg Atta at Rs 375 which they earlier use to sell at Rs 340."

Haridwar Senior Marketing Officer RD Arya said: "The price of wheat is still the same as it was before the lockdown. There is no increase in it yet. In such a situation, there is no concrete reason for increasing the price."
