Nainital:The High court of Nainital on Tuesday has refused to put a ban on the marriage of Gupta brothers which was about to be held at Auli at an expenditure of ₹200 crore. During the hearing, the court ordered DM Chamoli to monitor the whole marriage. Besides this, the Environment Pollution Control Board has also been asked to monitor the event.
The High Court has also ordered the family to deposit a sum amount of ₹3 crore rupees to the government in two instalments before June 22. The family has also told the court that only 150 people will be attending the marriage, to which the court ordered to submit the marriage report latest by July 8.
