BJP U'khand state in-charge recommends party to permanently suspend Pranav Champion

BJP MLA Kunwar Singh Champion who is on suspension from the party for indiscipline might land up out of the party in a short time. A video of the MLA brandishing a gun, dancing to a Bollywood song went viral on social media. Based on which, the state in-charge of BJP in Uttrakhand- Shyam Jaju recommended the central leadership to permanently suspend him from the party.

Dehradun: BJP's Uttarakhand state in-charge Shyam Jaju recommended the Central leadership of the party to permanently suspend BJP MLA Kunwar Pranav Singh Champion who was earlier seen brandishing a gun in a viral video.

In a press release by the BJP on July 10, Jaju said, "There is already a three-month suspension on Khanpur MLA Pranav Champion and after seeing his video the BJP is taking action on it. The BJP's state unit recommends the Central unit of the party to permanently suspend Pranav Champion."

Jaju also said, "BJP is a party that works on the principle of discipline. It has its guidelines regarding the behaviour of its leaders towards society. Irresponsible behaviour of any of its leader will not be tolerated."

Champion who is under suspension from his party for indiscipline, landed into controversy once again on Wednesday after a video of him brandishing guns went viral on social media.

The BJP MLA was caught on camera dancing to Bollywood item songs while holding guns in both his hands.

Champion was also found using abusive and foul language in the clip while shaking a leg on the song from the famous Bollywood movie 'Karan Arjun.' His supporters were also seen supporting him in the shameful act.
